“Yardi Breeze” is an abbreviation for “Yardi Breeze.” Overall, my accounting career has been a mixed bag in terms of success and failure. When I’m attempting to enter a journal entry or reconcile a bank account, I find myself wishing my customer was using QuickBooks instead of Excel. Yardi, on the other hand, comes in handy whether I’m recording an inter-entity transaction or looking at CAM costs, among other things. I simply hope that there is a section inside Yardi that is solely responsible for developing the accounting side of the Breeze program, because the accounting side of the software, as a whole, is woefully behind the rest of the industry.

Because there is no mechanism to set up bank feeds, all cash reconciliations must be done by hand entirely.

The ability to personalize basic financial reports, as you would in software such as QuickBooks, is not available in this application.
